Last night mum made us spaghetti for dinner. "Mmm yum. Mum makes the best meatballs in the world!", my sister remarked. I ate lots of spaghetti. "Hahaha" I laughed as my brother spilled  sauce on his white shirt "You've got sauce on your face to" my sister added, I love when mum makes spaghetti.

Phillip asked, "Mum, are we going to the movies today", It was the holidays after all. "First you need to tidy your room and help put the dishes away and the we can go", replied Mum. Phillip worked like crazy getting his room clean and helped mum with the dishes, "This is going to be the best day" exclaimed Phillip he was bursting with excitement.

40 hour famine

This weekend I am taking part in the 40 hour famine. This year there were only 20 people who took part in the sleepover. In the 40 hour famine we do dancing, free time, playing and singing. In the famine we also collect sponsors, I was in team green. Every team got to  do their own item  and tonight we won. This year I raised about $35 dollars which is not so much. There were 4 teams BLUE, GREEN, YELLOW, and RED.

This week we are learning about Tapa. Tapa is a type of sheet that is used in special occasions such as: weeding, 21st b-day and funerals. Also we are doing this activity to see if the author agrees or disagrees.
